This project is located in the Wynwood arts district, a new neighborhood in Miami with a lot of retail and commercial activity but very limited shade trees, which makes walking through Wynwood unpleasant during a sunny day. This landscape design conceptualized a shaded promenade on a pedestrian-only street and large street trees in front of the building to create a pleasant experience for the community and hopefully serve as a model for future Wynwood developments.

The building also featured an activated rooftop garden for the office tenants as a place of relaxation, to use for events, lunch breaks and even exercise using the running track.
