A streetscape beautification project in the heart of the Miami Beach Art Deco District. The design and construction process for this project includes an exhaustive community consensus-building process, historical analysis, site analysis, development of Opportunity/Constraint maps, Alternative Design & Phasing Plans and Final Design/Cost Estimate. The open space at the Historic City Hall, and New Police Facility site was identified as a unique opportunity to locate a focal community plaza, in the heart of the Art Deco District.
