A mixed-use residential condominum in the popular Midtown neighborhood of Miami. The project includes 309 units with 12,000 square feet of ground-level retail, five floors of parking and outdoor amenities. Savino & Miller Design Studio was the lead landscape architect, designing all outdoor spaces including the amenity deck and ground-level improvements.
