Flamingo Condo is South Beach luxury residential condominium tower on Biscayne Bay. The landscape architectural plan will reflect today’s varied outdoor activities, ranging from quiet, contemplative garden areas to socially-oriented game areas tailored to a younger generation of South Beach residents. Lush, native tropical hammock garden is contrasted with open lawn to allow for diversity of experience. The entry courtyard was conceived as an active, urban plaza and an extension of the ground-floor shops and cafes.

Flamingo Condo’s landscape design maximizes green space with large planting areas to create a meandering path through ponds, fountains and diverse landscapes. Each planting area has its own unique design and use. From open fields with amphitheater seating to subtropical forests with romantic nooks, this garden provides diverse experiences in nature, where there is always something more to be discovered. The design prioritizes sustainability with rainwater collection from rooftops used in the water features. The master plan conceptualizes an activated site with seating areas, pergola, cafe, games, outdoor areas for events, fire pits and barbecues, all set within a cool oasis.
