Aventura Optima, a LEED Platinum, award-winning project, was designed to integrate architecture and nature, providing native landscaped areas on three different levels. The fifth level terrace consists of a large fountain with ‘floating’ wood deck providing a gathering space or seating area for passersby and employees alike. The roof garden provides a tranquil space for users to relax amongst the rolling landscape forms or exercise using the surrounding track. All materials utilized for this project come from recycled or reclaimed sources and the majority is produced by local manufacturers.
