The Nature Conservancy (TNC) Partnered with Savino & Miller Design Studio to bring their resiliency project to life on Palm Beach. Utilizing a site plan provided by TNC, SMDS created photo-realistic renderings to depict low tide and high tide for several different iterations of TNC’s plans to protect the nearby shoreline, provide habitat for native animals, and encourage growth of native plants. The plans included utilization of oyster reefs in lieu of limestone rip-rap, and installation of new native plants, among other natural solutions to preserve the island.
