The design program was to develop a street plaza which reflected the surrounding historic village located on Española Way in Miami Beach. A continuous plaza, designed without curbs, is designed to encourage street festivals and daily social interaction. A future fountain is planned for the center of the plaza. Our design services included decorative paving, site lighting, site furniture, and planting.
