The DYL project consisted primarily of a streetscape design – wrapping three sides of the triangular parcel – and the design of a public plaza at its apex. The plaza is designed as an urban garden, and includes a dining terrace, fountain and “island” patio. Native oolite limestone, excavated from the site during construction, will be used as the primary plaza and fountain stone.
