The master plan calls for a radical reconfiguration of the entry driveways and courtyard, and the pool deck/open space area. The resultant efficiencies in space allow the program to include a waterside barbeque area, improved baywalk, and entry promenade. SMDS was retained to prepare construction documents and construction is now pending.
