The Master Plan composes the program elements of Hotel, Time Share Villas, Clubhouse and Men’s Club into a comprehensive open space system, allowing continuous circulation through landscaped courtyards, pool decks, and palm meadows. SMDS provided complete Master Plan services and design development for the open space system, including the site master planning, vehicular circulation and parking, pedestrian walks, pools, pool decks, and garden spaces. A detail of a typical villas “cluster” illustrates the design intent to respect traditional/cultural forms and customs.
