MiMo Bay is a residential condominium development overlooking Biscayne Bay in Miami’s Upper East Side neighborhood. The project includes 237 apartments, 435 parking spaces, and a 15,000 square feet for an American Legion facility. Savino & Miller Design Studio was the landscape architect, designing the ground-level and amenity deck improvements.
